Technical details:
This is a handling solution equipped with a gripping device that is built on a system made of flexible arms well proportioned, which aims to reach all the positions inside of a defined working area. The vertical movement is possible thanks to a parallelogram perfectly balanced through a pneumatic cylinder: due to this system the effort required to lift the product has been practically reduced to the minimum.
This is the ideal solution for people who would like to move rapidly sacks or similar products (e.g.: boxes, panels or cases). The grip is made through a suction pad and consequently the product can be lifted and moved in a horizontal position covering a variable area that can go from 3 to 5 meters .
The solution is available on its proper standing base or on a fix column.
Maximum weight 60 kg.
Range up to 5000mm.
To activate the grip you just need to turn clockwise the handle on the right, and for the release, you just turn the handle on the left also clockwise . Watch the video.
It is equipped with a hook used to park the solution at the end of a working session.
The vacuum pump works with compressed air but also electrically in case of very porous products.
